Project Manager | Mission Critical Facilities & Capital Projects

 

Given our background in facilities infrastructure, life safety systems, vendor coordination, capital projects, MEP oversight, scheduling, and occupied operational environments, we have managed and coordinated a wide range of technically complex projects over the past year within highly regulated manufacturing, laboratory, distribution, and corporate environments.

 

Our recent project experience includes:

 

  • N+1 chiller replacements and critical cooling infrastructure upgrades

  • Switchgear and ATS/transfer switch installations

  • VAV replacements and HVAC infrastructure modernization

  • Replacement of evaporator condensing units supporting a cadaver laboratory environment

  • Fire alarm system upgrades and installations within active manufacturing facilities and the J&J Institute

  • Installation of a walk-in cooler for cafeteria operations

  • Decommissioning of 109 manufacturing machines and associated utility coordination

  • Commercial office retrofits and educational dry lab buildouts consisting of:

 

    • MEP coordination

    • Fire protection systems

    • Electrical infrastructure

    • Low-voltage systems

    • Security systems

    • Fire sprinkler modifications

    • AV system commissioning

    • Chilled water piping

    • Drainage infrastructure

Additionally, we oversaw the installation of six Vertical Lift Module (VLM) systems from project inception through completion, including contractor coordination, logistics planning, permitting coordination, fire protection integration, utility coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.

 

Our experience also includes warehouse rack removal and installation projects, contractor and vendor management, coordination with AHJs, IT teams, facilities, engineering groups, and cross-functional stakeholders in active operational environments where minimizing disruption and maintaining safety compliance were critical.
